The first floor family room is a comfortable lounge with TV, DVD, internet TV, ipod dock, DVDs and board games.

The dining room is at the heart of the house. It's light and spacious and lovely space to start and end the day with friends or family around the generous dining table.
You'll find the modest kitchen just off the dining room. A full sized oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer and a good supply of cooking equipment and tableware are included. It's small but perfectly formed and has all you need for holiday catering.
Downstairs
Downstairs you’ll find a private suite of rooms including wet room / shower room with toilet and handbasin. It’s ideal for family members who’d prefer not to have to climb stairs.
The lower floor bedroom has a comfortable double bed and walk-in wardrobe.

Adjoining the bedroom is a small sitting room with sofa, TV and dining table for 2 creating a pleasant suite of rooms for older relatives to enjoy.
The facilities are complimented by a small 'kitchenette' area with fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave for hot drinks and snacks.
Sleeping Accommodation
There are two further bedrooms on the middle and upper floors giving a great feeling of space and privacy.
The middle floor has the main entrance door to Chester Street and houses and a light and airy twin bedroom.
This bedroom has flexible beds with the option to have the beds joined together to create a king-sized double.
You'll need to make a request at the time of booking if you'd prefer the twin beds to be linked to make a king-sized bed as shown here.

The third bedroom has a single bed and shares the upper floor
with the family TV lounge.
The pleasant family bathroom with bath and shower over is also on the first floor.

Externally
There’s off-road parking at the rear for one vehicle and a free public car park a few yards from the gates.
The outside space is a great sun trap with garden seating is provided on the decking.

1.3 miles from Chester Centre with easy access from A55 Junction 38 and A483.
Close to Chester Racecourse and Chester Business Park.
5 Minute's walk from Westminster Park with children's playarea etc.
Regular buses from just by the house take 5 minutes to the city centre.
The pleasant walk along Hough Green or Earlsway takes around 25 minutes.
A taxi back will cost around £5-6.
The local amenities offer a range of independent local shops, florist, hairdressers, bakery and post office and excellent cafe, together with a good range of takeaways, nearby supermarket and service station.
